She takes great interest in antenatal and postnatal health and more areas of women’s health including menopause. She has great experience in dealing with mental health disorders such as depression and anxiety. She also takes interest in managing skin conditions such as skin cancer. She is also proficient in handling chronic cases (diabetes, asthma etc) and also drug & alcohol as well as smoking cessation. She has completed a post graduate diploma in child health from University of Sydney. Shehas earned a certificate in implanon insertion and she is well experienced in taking cervical screening tests (previously known as pap smear tests). She worked as an intern and RMO at Nepean hospital, where she has experience in the emergency, respiratory, palliative care and rehab departments. She has had 5 years of experience of working in a rural town as a GP, including serving those from and indigenous and Torres strait backgrounds. She also worked at home affairs in the immigration department, so she has a lot of experience with cultural diversity and thoroughly enjoys meeting different people from all around the world . She can also speak multiple languages including bangla, hindi and urdu and her hobbies include music and traveling.
